Welp I was just informed that I will be in Pittsburgh (again) the weekend of the 14th

Found out I'm heading out to VA on Sunday till the 25th. Thinking of driving up North to the swap on the 21st while I'm out there !

Speaking of falling off the pole, I didn't but I got an impressive "pole kiss" from class last night. That's my arm by the way. We are preparing to invert... Flip upside down on the pole. We also did some climbing last night. Freaking hard! I can't hold myself up for even a full minute. I am working with a physical trainer to increase my core and arm strength. Hopefully that helps me. Between, pole, physical trainer, and training for the half marathon, I am beat!

In pole class, that's what they refer to them as. Tell-tale sign of a gal who takes pole fitness classes... Pole kisses on the inside part of the upper arm and inside mid-thigh region. You get them at the beginning until your skin and muscles get stronger and you are able to grip the pole better. Signs of a newbie in other words.

Touché, Max. I am saying I notice them now when I go to the gym or another fitness class and women are wearing those short biker shorts. I kind of have to grin because I know why they have those bruises... Well, I can only guess they are taking pole fitness.

Fun rides! That's one of my "lil babies". I have pictures of me hanging off some of the "adults" that I don't dare show my wife.

I have bruises on my knees too. It reminds me of the days I was learning my toe edge while snowboarding and plop! Would fall straight forward on my knees. Hard. Good thing I am majorly tan, otherwise my knees would look UGLY!!!!
