Stijn!!

My first PC had a whopping 256k of ram (not meg) and a twin 5.25 inch 360k floppy drives. I finally ran the memory up to max at 640k and added a 10 mb drive. It was a screaming 4.77 MHz Pc. I paid $1,200 for a 14.4 baud modem that was fast at the time. I still have my DOS 2.2 floppies that the system came with.

Phew I worked hard today. The office would be a lot easier. I mowed the yard and picked up 8 bags of leaves. That resembles work!

We're a sociable mob. The first Christmas party for the season was two weekends ago. It'll be a party nearly every weekend from now till New Years. My liver will be looking forward to a holiday in the new year.

I built my first pc back in 82-83. It was an 8086 with 64K, no hard drives. It died after a long life with 640K, a 20 meg HD, and Winchester tape drive. I started programming in 6th grade.

Today, there isn't a day that goes by without a CMD window open or I'm SSH'd into a Linux box.

BURPPPP

Mrs Carrera threw a new place at me tonight. This is the kitchen sink burger. Everything but the kitchen sink. I did not get the double pattie version. The place is a brewery. I had a local stout IPA. Tasty.

Woohoo! Brownells came in stock on the levang linear compensator!!! Got that for $40 instead of a KX3 for $125
Gonna pop the gas block on tomorrow and get it aligned. This thing is really coming along, can't wait to get it going. I really like the Magpul MBUS as my primaries.... I'm in the set right at $70 with the sales today and picked up 20rd PMAGS for $10 per.......seriously stoked!

A stout IPA? That sounds intriguing.... I just finished a Stone Old Guardian.....It's an 11.6%ABV Barley Wine Style Ale.....22oz of that and the buzz is starting nicely

have been searching the forum on the buzzing of the Ambient Air Valve, bloody hell, you would think it would be an easy, find the part number order it, change it, it has taken me days to find a thread on it, and then there is an NLA on the bloody part. Not happy

Pete I did notice you had several posts on the thread for the AAV, did you manage to find a solution.

I was really stuck wondering what it was, since it only does it on cold days. Though it just have been something with the WUR or something, but I always make sure that the car is warmed up before driving.

Bloody poop poop.

Thanks Jeff tree does look lovely.

Our first Chrissy party is on Friday, RAAFies always start early!!!!
