Went to grocery store on the way home from the eye doc in the snow. I bet I looked like I was on drugs staggering around blind with my huge pupils. Noticed several people look me in the eye then smile at me. Barely got the stuff I needed.

The snow was bright enough that I still can't see very good. Everything looks like I'm a little snow blind, too bright and hard to focus… Thank goodness I can make the font on my browser huge.
What you described is exactly how I felt when I lost vision in my right eye but it was for a whole year. And it wasn't during the day with snow, it happened at night. The light would disperse and bright and I couldn't see.

Jeff, hope the headache goes away.

Yup. Same going to be going on over here, sans the beer and Zicam. I'll still be seeing pink elephants floating around the room.

3D is pretty neat. Watched Man of Steel, and Rim Job, er Specific Rim, or whatever it's called in 3D. The Rim Job thing was especially good with the happy ending (no spoiler). IF they release the 3D at the same time as the HD I'll do the 3D thing. If the 3D comes out later, I won't go back and watch it again just to see it in 3D.

The home theater thing is nice enough that my bro and SIL dropped by last night just as i had started watching the new Wolverine movie. They stayed and watched the whole thing. SIL kept asking why my Sony 65in looked so much bigger and clearer than their 52in Visio since they were both 1080 HD. Told her it was because when I bought it i was chair bound with my foot elevated. I emailed a local TV/home theater store, told them about being chair bound and wanted them to fix me up because my only entertainment for the next few months would be the TV. The owner came out and looked at my space and situation, then hooked me up with the 65in Sony Bravia. Figured the extra cost was well spent because I wasn't able to do much but watch it for the next 10 months.

About time for bed. It is a night that makes me happy to live in the era of electricity and natural gas heat. Not to far in the past it would be firewood for heat. My dad mentioned having frost on his bed when he woke up as a kid. It is forecast to get dang cold for the next week.

Weeeeee! NyQuil kicked in. Head's feeling dizzy, eyes are daring around. Somehow, I can still play the guitar.

What am I writing for your class this time?

Or should I just guess, write something (anything), and email it to you in the morning?

We should each write a random paragraph, put it all together, and hope for the best!

Thats actually about whats happening... Its a paper about a group project... Somebody(not me) got the idea that we should each write a third and then merge it all together.

Since I'm into not giving a **** mode... I'll hack out my ~2 pages and call it good!

Great idea. I'm off to get a beer before getting started. This paper is going to kick a--. Your prof (or the TA) won't know what hit him.
