One chick I dated long long ago had her "cure" for headaches. One shot of tequila chased by a beer every 15 minutes. It did not take long to feel no pain at all. She was a real pro drinker.

We are happy they didn't find meningitis or a tumor!

My nephew has migraines and small blackout episodes, but he did a LOT of ecstasy in college. He also lives in a bit different reality than the rest of us.

Just hang on Rick. We are mid to high 80s this week. It will head your way soon. It is great in the morning and warm in the afternoon.

Been in the 40s and 50s here. Have to turn on the furnace every now and then.
Sun should be out tomorrow that'll help.

Hump day here!

Tomorrow I have three people coming to spend the weekend with us. It is a long boring irreverent story on why. We only have one guest bedroom. The extra person "gets" to sleep on a twin size inflatable mattress and the only place to put it, is in my home office. Oh well it will work out.

Hump day hath arrived!

Beautiful days here right through the weekend.

Only 8 more days of school for the kiddies. yay, I think. This will be my first summer home with them all day.

random>why don't folks dress up for funerals anymore? Went to an aunt's service yesterday with my sister and mom. I wore my suit as always but noticed that several people looked like they just threw on whatever was closest. Flip-flops at a funeral?

We were always taught to dress accordingly as a sign of respect. Guess I am getting old.

My sister laughed because she said I looked like an FBI agent with my sunglasses on when I arrived.

might depend on the relationship they had who knows. I know that if you wear a suit to my funeral you will be out of place. My oldest is supposed to play "Another One Bites the Dust" as loud as possible. My thoughts are I'm not there, possibly better off than I was if not then there is nothing you can do now so party on! On that note feel free to wear shorts and a t-shirt.

Went to a co-worker's funeral. His family was from rural Kentucky. Most of the men in his family were wearing denim overalls with no shirt. Most of his co-workers were from the machine shop, their idea of dressed up was business casual, no suits just nice slacks and a button down shirt.

An uncle's (rural farmer) idea of dressing up was wearing a suit coat with his denim overalls and no hat.
