It is the funny way they say vacation. That is when you don't go into the office anymore. Wait, that is kinda what you do every day.

Can a 944 fit a bike inside without breaking the rear glass?
Can a Z3/M coupe (the dork car/clown shoe/breadvan, etc.)?

![]() I sat in a 914 for the first time this Sunday. Car had too many issues, but I found out that it had a lot less luggage space than I thought. I was picturing Boxster like twin trunks. Boy was I wrong. I dig how you sit on the floor though. Gonna stick with the Ford for a while and save up for something that can carry a bike and some luggage and is rear wheel drive with a manual transmission.

you'd be pretty surprised how much stuff you can put in the back of a 944.

Max, get one of those strap to the trunk racks and greatly expand your options. What about a a BRZ or an FRS? Get something nearly new and reliable. A Focus ST would be a good option also, albeit not RWD, but bloody fast!

There was a fairly cheap 86 out this way a few months ago, but I've go to place to store it

No FWD. No pickemup trucks. Not really interested in Japanese. If I needed a car now then FRS/BRZ, Miata, or MR2 would pass, but I don't need a car, just want a nicer one.
I've got a rack I used on my Bimmer but I would like a car that can accept the bike on the inside. It is a little safer and keeps the bugs, dirt, and rain off the bike during transit. I have the 911 as a toy car, this one will have to be a semi-practical car.

Max I hauled my bike inside the corolla, and it was a royal pain in the ass. I have an SUV now, and I'm looking for a rack for it. So much easier. And if you are riding your bike right, it's getting plenty damn dirty while you ride it.

ah, the BRZ. i love the look of that car. my car ate the lunch of one a couple months back. not too surprising, except to the owner of the new car.
![]() still, i'd happily drive the new BRZ. its a gorgeous car, IMO, and has gotten good reviews.
