Just got a call from the Windows 7 service center. Seems my computer contacted them and someone is trying to break into my computer when I access the internet. I said really, my computer can contact the windows 7 service center without me telling it to. He said yes it was a built-in safety feature to protect my data. I said, wow, that's really cool. How does my Apple Macintosh computer know to contact the Windows 7 service center? Response was, Click bzzzzzzzz.

I had the same call and I asked how my computer could do that and he said it sent an email. I asked him what is that? How can my computer mail a floppy it does not have any postage? He hung up too.

eHooked up PIWIS, the Porsche Integrated Workshop Information System to the Cayenne and calibrated the air suspension ride height. Took the measurements at each of the four corners and Added 35mm to them before entering. It lowered the ride height 35mm or 1-3/8 inches.

Evening Y'all,
Glen your Hagerty link is still logged in as you, and Lanna is right behind ya, just s few quid. Not too bad for 11.5 sale price seven years ago.
I think I have David beat in the lack of sleep dept. Dad called last night at 9 and said to come haul him to the horse pistol, he broke his wrist. Sit tight I'll be right there. So I roll in and yup, dat junk be all jacked up. I got to bed at 2:02 am and got up at 5. I can still pull an all nighter. Not gonna try for two in a row. Dad has an appointment tomorrow for the surgery consolation since he wasn't too keen on my idea of some wood screws.

Don't they have an amber-lamps up there?

I pay a couple of bucks a month on my city water bill and that provides a free ride in the ambulance. I have never been in one and I plan to keep that record.

Weird. Mrs. Noah is still at her parents' place on the east coast. She answered the phone today and was told that there was someone on their server looking at "terrorist photos." So I reverse looked-up the phone # in Bluffton, IN. Apparently it goes to a land line associated with a telemarketer. If she gets that phone call again, she should probably tell them she'll call the FBI office in nearby Fort Wayne and get them to contact the guy directly to get the deets.

Good looking ride Richard... A cayenne in those colors is definitely on the list for me for potential future DDs.

I like the GTS red the best, but they still cost almost 3 times what this one did.

You kinda get a choice of White, black, gray, black, ligther gray, black, blue that is so dark it might as well be black, a medium gray, black, and this carmon red that is so dark it looks more burgundy than red.

No I wouldn't. It would fit in the current garage... But my current DD lives outside, my next one likely would too.

I'm always on the prowl for a quick flip Dave... And I've backed off the 911 for a whole. Let the market settle back down and I'll jump in. I've got bigger fish to fry right now.

You and max... Why ya gotta be so negative all the time?

How is suggesting that you're going to need a bigger garage "negative". If you've not learned my habits and sarcasm, well.... I don't use green fonts.

The Seiko watch I picked to have the 928 face installed on has a canvas strap.

I will probably replace the canvas strap with a black leather one with red stitching.
