The flu is wicked this year in OK it sounds like. My dad got it, luckily my mom got the shot and was able to avoid it. Would be very bad for her this year!

well we only had about 1/2 inch of the white stuff, and they called a bloody snow day for school, what a bunch of pussies

Besides chicken broth with garlic powder and cayenne pepper there is...

French bread garlic toast with lots of butter and LOTS of garlic, mozzarella cheese helps the garlic go down if it is too strong.

Pop Corn with lots of butter and salt, and of course Garlic Powder.

Also Hawiian Pizza, ham and pineapple, with lots of red pepper flakes on it.

The red pepper is only if you have a sore throat.

Garlic Powder is a major antiseptic that kills off the bugs. If you can smell the garlic in your sweat you got enough of it,

Discovered all this one time when I was frustrated with it taking so long for the antibiotics to kill the bug off.
