Decided to take off tomorrow and Thursday as vacation, and of course Friday is a holiday, so Monday I might get back it.

Tomorrow, the boy and I are going to clean some of the dead ash trees out of the creek and get the logs up in the yard to then cut to length, split, stack and season it. This is why they say burning wood in your home heats you more than once.

Mother of God what a night a work! Got a couple Rainiers, and it'll be OK. I got the job done, but uncovered a mess in the process.

My dad LOVED to burn ash as a kid. Great wood, but man what a lot of work! "Shut up and work boy, it'll WA you twice!"

That left turn was the distance to next town. We got there at about 3pm this arvo.

Well, if ya stated posting in this thread again you would win our undying gratitude. As it it is, just more teasing about being a total slacker.

Phhfffff, 10K posts. Ya lazy under-performer!

You all know that today is April1, right?

Do you take advantage of the date to mess with people?

I'm usually pretty stoic but once in a while my lighter side comes to. I'm waiting for my wife to call back so I can mess with her. She won't be expecting it. MUwahahahahahaha

Yea, you have fallen to 10th place in this thread. I have more posts in this thread than your total count. My post I have in random pictures are the majority of the rest of my crazy total. Just two threads are most of my posts!

Must be nice...CT has forgotten what nice weather is.

Got another round of snow with full accouterments of sand and salt last night...can't even keep the daily looking halfway decent never mind play with the 911.

(The weather this year, albeit out of my control, is truly causing rage to flow through my person. It make perfect sense why Alaska sees so much depression, suicide, and addiction problems)

911Saucy-I understand fully. Last winter(13-14) was about like you folk had this year.
Constant snowstorms and bitter cold. This year was different in that we had very little snow but the bitter cold stuck around too long.

Yesterday my hometown, on the East side of MI, got almost 8 inches of snow in places. We only had a dusting.

Hang in there, friend!!!

We had freezing rain Sunday. Last night I hooked up the hose and washed the car by hand and was sweating. Gotta love spring in the midwest.

I am off the rest of the week.

My job would be so much better if it weren't for people. I do have a decent boss at least.
