I couldn't agree more. However, I think the litigious culture, juries and civil suits are more to worry about with regard to sexual harrassment issues than the letter of the law.

And there is a reason that it's like this here. Its because companies can be sued for $millions because of this. Where there is money, there are lawyers lining up to take it.

Remember when the woman filed a complaint because a couple of guys were talking about a Seinfeld episode????? That is just how crazy it works here. You can't even be to friendly (even if it has nothing sexual intended) as the woman only has to say that she felt like it was harassing. And yes, there are many women who falsely used this to get ahead & get males out of the way...

I can't count the number of times that I was sexually harassed by women in the workplace and I had no recourse in our judicial system......well, actually, I can.
