so i am drizzling flaxseed oil on my food.

mostly on my morning yogurt/blueberry breakfast. taste like very mild olive oil. anyone else doing this? seems like an easy way to get my omega oils, etc.

how else are you guys using it? homemade peanut butter made from flaxseed oil seems to make sense.

In the past, I was putting flax meal in smoothies, but I haven't had flax meal or smoothies in several years.

Oil into yogurt? Nasty. Why not the flaxseeds themselves in the yogurt?

Back when I was using flax meal, I'd read that flax seeds were not well digested and difficult to chew, but using flax meal helped (sort of pre-chewed).

I did like the nutty flavor of the flax.

Its that swish in the way you are walking these days!

Have been eating a lot of pistacho nuts lately. Must be winter coming on and my hibernating instincts kicking in...

I have taken that for the past year or so, along with "slo-release" niacin. Dropped 35 points off of my Chlosterol (no I cannot spell) readings and its over the counter.

Its now coming out that Lipitor may be the cause of Parkingson's type issues in many people and thats the last thing we need.

Technically I have heard that the indigestible flax seed husks clean you innards (you can buy them at TJ's or health food stores).

I take flaxseed oil in tablets... don't care for the taste or smell... reminds me of furniture polish.

Why is everyone eager to supplement? Eat real food!

Chicken, salmon or tuna, and nuts will get you your omega-3, 6, & 9s.

Dont forget sardines, and the salmon should be wild, not farm raised.

How long have you been doing this? Since around the time you started posting about ballet? Sure you're not at least a B cup by now?
