Black dresses and cowboy boot are the rage at USCarolina football games according to my daughter (maybe other schools too?).

Cowboy boots and dresses or shorts are my favoured outfit on my sweetie . . . who most certainly has the legs for the look.

I liked my Tony Lama boots but my favorites are my Hondo shark skins in black. These fit my wider feet best.

I once had a pair made for me by Lucchese.
I liked the alligator underbelly & the color but they just never felt as comfy as a pair of off-the-shelf Dan Post. I sold them for $200 more than I paid.

These are my favorite pair. Belonged to my Grandfather, he bought them in the early 70's....

If you are interested in their contact info pls let me know. I am still wearing the first pair that they made for me over 25 years ago, they are top notch quality.
I have over 20 pair and best are custom made from Lloyd Easterling Boots, Fredericksburg TX (work shop in El Paso). His father worked for ACME back when Gene Autry has his boots made there... Lloyd later because VP of ACME and Lucchese.

As for non-custom... Lucchese are by far the most comfortable and I wear them daily.
