Vash,
Those would appear to fit "right in" in gay bay... Not going to see them on my feet! 901, very nice looking boots.

My current pair of Tony Lama boots. I have been wearing them for around 9 years, been resoled many times. Looks like they need a good cleaning and polish too.
![]() I've had a pair of Nacona's as well. Great boot, just finally wore them out. I have had a few pair of Tony Lama boots now and I like the fit.

I think Joe is talking about the same guy who made my boots. There's nothing like them. Handmade to my size and taste. Will outlive me by decades. Unique design. What's not to love?

This thread got me thinking and pulled out a set of boots this morning. Nothing feels as good as they do.

I like my Dingos. My dad wore them for many years, and just stopped wearing them. I find them pretty comfortable...

I'll throw another vote for Dingo's. These are old enough to buy beer. I have lost count of how many soles they have had put on them.

Just to chime in, I did get a pair of boot... dang looking at the beginning of this thread it has been almost two years!
They are very comfortable, been so long don't even remember the name of the maker. I did get them in a farm supply store in Oregon is they are REAL cowboy boots. Thanks for all the input! Only downside is I bought dark brown and they are getting darker with age... thus making it difficult to justify buying a second pair of black boots.

Told you that they were not "high tech" over there. This is an "old school" place and a phone call is prolly best. Thats what I do. Wearing a pair of Mingo's boots right now... and they are 25 years old and look like new...
