Hmm...'don't think she's an Alpine. Here's the only photo I ever took of mine...headlight layout is not similar.
 . . I think that car is a '67 Dang Underslung Panatella.

open top, no retractible roof, open panel area for engine access and front filler hole. looks a little like:
