Sniper, do you have issues? LOL. I dont' think any one here really said they hate vettes (i didn't read all the threads) but what i said was my view from owning a few GM's cars. And as for my car; like i said, no squeaks, but oil leaks... hell yeah. not severe just a few drips. Any car with 179k miles on it will leak.
Peace Brotha.

When Vette threads pop up, there are usually at least a few folks that feel like they have to bash the Vette really hard. Especially considering how the Vette is the 911 of American cars. It's been around forever with a very similar format. It's performance has improved over the years, and it's won races.

There have been about 10,000 Vette hating posts and comments on this board since i've been posting here, including a few in this very thread.

Hence my "issues."

Where it belongs.

Ok, ok, it belongs in the middle. The middle....not the rear.

That is because you have to really know how to drive when the engine is in the ass-end

Not to knock the newest Vetts, but it does take a certain skill to drive an early 911. Now, if you haven't driven a newer Vett, you really can't talk, because, they are fast, and now they stop & turn not the old Plastic Pigs of the past..

Not me man, the engine might stop bullets intended for me.

I don't date fat chicks.

Ever.

The new Vettes handle so well in large part because they copied the 928 power train layout.

And the porch copied the layout from Alfa Romeo......... FROM 1928!

Actually Buick copied it from Alfa. Then Porsche copied it from Buick. Then Chevy copied it from Porsche.

Snipe, what's wrong with fat chicks? They keep you warm at night.
