Today has been rough. Couldn't move at first without a #9 pain shooting thru me. Finally was able to get into my rolling office chair and motor over to the computer.

Today is much better than yesterday. I can stand up and walk. Yesterday I couldn't move 1/2" w/o a pain shooting thru me like a hot knife.

I went back to work today. Stayed from 6:30 til 11:30. I could walk and sit OK but I couldn't stand in one place for over 2 minues or the pain would start up. Maybe tomorrow I'll stay a little longer. I just had to get out of this house....

Hey Paul glad to hear you're up and around good. I did the same thing. I just had to get out. I went to the shop after a week and only lasted about as long as you did. Get some rest. Go for a walk, walking helps. I finally played a gig after two weeks. Standing for 4 hours took me out big. I rested another week, and I was good. Tried, but good. It will take a while.
Get this...I had to have oral surgery yesterday! Yeah I'm falling apart all at once. Glad I had left over meds from the gut. It never ends. |

Paul, that was good advice regarding the walking. Give it a try. Just use good judgement and don't overdo it. Targa911s, enough of the surgery already. If you keep it up you'll be going full bionic on us.
