The purple side has balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper. The orange side has truffle salt and truffle-infused olive oil. Crumbled bacon. |
Had a crack at a Korean seafood pancake
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1449659925.jpg It turned out pretty tasty http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1449659995.jpg |
Cuban marinated pork shoulder for 20 hours. Toasted the cumin and black pepper, ground into a paste with the garlic, coated the shoulder for a few hours, then in a ziplock bag of lime and orange juice, zest from both and oregano. In the oven at 225-250F for 8 hours. Dirty rice, fried plaintains. The bark on the pork was fantastic.

As the saying goes, vegetables are what food eats.

I'll happily eat vegetables if they are cooked in Chinese food. Or, perhaps selected vegetables cooked like a Frenchie, or Eyetalian.
I make them tasty, but they are not so healthy when cooked... JR |
