FWIW, while we do cook, my wife recently subscribed to Freshly. It's come in handy quite a few times. The meals are healthy (paleo), they claim to be "chef-prepared" and they do taste quite good.

Also gluten free.

Anyway, they come cold, you put them in the fridge, good for about a week. 2 minutes in the microwave and they're ready. We've also sent them to a friend who is recuperating from knee surgery.

I ordered them from www.lacrawfish.com. They overnight them live! Blue crabs, crawdads, they even ship fresh alligator meat. Yum yum!
