In 1991, I started running; I'm 6'1", and weighed 151 pounds, 26 years old.

In 2001, I was running 5.4 miles per day, 30 miles per week, 100 miles per month.

In 2011, I am running 6.2 miles per day, 25 miles per week, 80 miles per month (work-)

I still get carded when I buy beer, primarily due to my long hair, which I dye since I'm getting really gray on the sides!

Today, I weigh, at the scale at Publix grocery store, 149 pounds. I'm 45 years old-

I'm at 190lbs right now and I need to get to 180lbs ASAP and stay there. This is the easier time of the year to lose weight for me as I'm much more active in the warm weather than in the colder months. I tend to be outside, getting exercise and keep in better shape when it's warm. I am 6'1" tall with a thin frame and I want to see if a lower weight will help reduce the frequency and severity of my gout attacks.
