191. I'm stuck here. But I've been working out, so maybe the weight is getting redistributed. For the first time in too long, I can see the possible suggestion of a hint of a touch of what may be an ab - although it could be a roll, not sure.

Have you guys seen Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com ?

It is a great weight loss tool if you haven't started using it. Does a wonderful job of allowing you to track your caloric intake and output. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks or so and have gone from 183 to 179. What I've found most useful is that it has helped make me significantly more aware of what I am putting into my body.

Also has a very nice app for the andriod and Iphone users. Allows you to update on the run, and you can barcode scan in the food you are eating and the nutritional information is automatically added.

Late to the game, JYL you look great. Traveling for biz it's too easy to gain weigh. I'm 5' 10" and 175; I'd like to loose 10-15 lbs. Eating cereal for breakfast is tough, especially when you don't when you'll get your next meal.

At the risk of sounding too "pitchy", I want to share with you guys a couple of testimonials from THIS week about Isagenix, which is a company that has a complete nutritional system that helps people get healthy and lose weight that I'm very passionate about. (Much like I am about my Porsche). I wouldn't risk sharing it with a community like this unless it kicked absolute butt, and was really good for you. Feel free to do the research. Until then, here are the posts I've heard THIS week from people on my team. (I've helped over 500 people lose over 4000 lbs in the last 20 months)

Wakenda Willingham
My fiance, daughter & I are all on day 8 eight of our cleanse. Wowzers this has been phenominal. 22lbs weight loss between the three of us. My fiance suffers from severe acid reflux and he hasn't had it once since. Not to mention the tremendous amount of energy, mental clarity and over all feeling of happiness we are experiencing. Forget the weight loss, I'll take the feel good any day!

I would like to introduce and give a shout out to Charles Stapleton. He has lost 14 lbs in the last three weeks. He is 2 lbs away from his first target weight. He is a friend from the BASE Jumping community and all around cool guy. Congratulation Charles.

Just wanted to announce that I have finished my first month on Isagenix! I have managed to lose 18 pounds so far; that's 17 inches total from my body! I am going to continue on the weight loss journey for the next 4-8 weeks; depending on when I reach where I want to be physically! However, after that I'm totally hooked on this product for maintenance of health! I have cleared up acne, diminished my cellulite drastically, helped my anemia, helped my hypoglycemia, lost a pant size and shirt size, I sleep much better, feel much stronger, don't have chronic migraines anymore and increased my energy! I'm so thrilled I found the company through Elizabeth Davis Naylor!

Amanda Earp-Mccaslin
This is my 11th week since I started Isagenix, I am down 47.5 pounds and 45 inches. I can not believe how easy it has been to lose the weight and how much energy I have. i want to say thanks to all the people who have supported me out there specially my coach Elizabeth Davis Naylor with out her I would have never found Isagenix. =)

These are Real people...not some made up nonsense. I'll connect you with them if you'd like to verify. I'm not trying to sell snake oil here...the stuff really works, and more importantly, is really easy to use and implement. Diet is SO much more important than working out at the beginning. Anyway...if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I've been gaining weight. 195 now. I think it might be the working out as I don't feel 5 lb fatter.

Hugh, I hear you about the traveling/eating. It is not just the food choices and irregular eating times, also that when you're away from home, eating is more important - its like a treat or a break. Plus, I think restaurant food is often really unhealthy stuff. If I had your job, I'd weigh 250 lb.

I don't travel as much as I used to, but when I do, I try to order meals that are protein and vegetables. Like a steak, fish, etc. with vegetable sides. If these come with potato, rice, or pasta, I ask for extra vegetables instead of the carbs, and they are always happy to do so.

Getting serious about it - a little late this year, but better than not doing it at all.

209.2 It has been quite a while since I weighed in and it appears that I am almost holding my own. I recently fell off my bike and did a complete tear of one of the four tendons of the rotator cuff, and I am going to have shoulder surgery. It has been suggested to me that i lose some weight on general principles. So now I am a little more motivated!

182. Slowly crawling toward the goal. At this point I'm working as much on exercising and building muscle % while losing fat %, as on losing absolute weight.

It's not fair! I was at 208.4 last week prior to my shoulder surgery, and now a
@ 6 days post-op I'm @ 212! The pins or whatever can't weigh that much! Even though I am eating only what the lovely Mrs. Mossguy serves me, I guess being in a somewhat vegetative state for now, isn't helping.

Don't worry! I find that water and waste retention can easily swing my weight +/- 2 to 3 lbs. Check after you're at a normal state of activity again.

209.4 OK! Going down post-op, as I raise my activity level. Thanks for the encouragement, Jon
