Now in 993 land ...

Allright boys AND girls.
We are down 51.3 pounds on the first weigh in from 1/17. That's great. However, some clowns have already fallen off the wagon. That as in "did not weigh in at all". Same rule as last year. If you miss 3 consecutive weigh ins, you are off the list and likely back next year with another 30 pounds more.  Gaining weight is okay, you just wont' win the challenge. For the 1/17 red911sc leads with 9 pounds lost and well ... let's leave out the gainers fro now.  To clarify: Next weigh in MONDAY JANUARY 31. I want to see another 50 pounds of PP lard gone! G

I was down to 162, but then the weekend hit. We went out for my birthday to eat at my favorite restaurant, Roy's, and then family day at the San Diego zoo eating junk followed up by dinner at a great Italian restaurant near the zoo. At least I am still down, and I'm sure the two pounds I gained back will come off quick. |

200.8 - I found out after the last weigh-in I was dehydrated. I am re-hydrated now and back in the fight.

183.2 lbs... The first few pounds were easy but with this cold weather and a blizzard coming I don't get out much. I'm just trying to watch how much I eat now.
