A 4-day weekend at the Heli-Expo, complete with the requisite wine-and-dine the customer routine, has pushed my number back up.
+5 pounds, bringing my total to 217.

I was 158 on Monday. I just wanted to lay that out there since I am off the wagon this week. My brother is visiting, and we are going to all his favorite SoCal restaurants that he misses since he moved away. Lots of great, yummy, fattening food! I'll be back on the diet next week.

Got diagnosed with diabetes in Dec. then was 51, 175, 5' 6", goal is back down to 150 I am now at 160 10 to go. I understand I am not in this competition.
