I put the Duratracs on my Jeep in the fall and they've really proven themselves this winter. Good traction on ice and in slush, a pretty decent in the deep snow as well.

You know, if it wasn't for the extreme cold, winter would be kind of fun to play around in. :p

I was wondering about their traction on ice, noise at highway speeds and treadwear. Good all around tire I hear. I still plan to change out to all season shoes in the spring, though. Some say to bump the PSI to 40# for highway use to maximize comfort and longevity. Nice ride, Dave.

I *love* heavy snow. The way I see it, if I can't be out on a boat or in the river for a swim, than I want at good 12" of snow every couple of weeks.

A big +1

Temp gauge on the way into the shop this morning  Most of the guys were racing in T-shirts. When you're having this sort of fun, who cares about the weather?
