I've always been fascinated by the Royals. Can you imagine what it would be like to live like they do?
Poor Kate... I hope she fairs better than some of the other women who married into the family.

I don't spend any time thinking about how they live, but I'm pretty sure I would want no part of it. I love my anonymity more than anything else.

Well that's the thing. They do get privacy in their palaces etc but as soon as they step out they are surrounded by security.
Imagine fearing for your life because some nut bag terrorist may take a shot at you to make the headlines. Just seems too hard.

I'm no Royalist by a million miles.
But it was a beautiful spectacle. The fly past of the WW2 planes brought a tear to my eye. A nice touch was the modern jets paying tribute to their comrade. I felt quite proud to be British.

That brother Harry is a character. I think he'd be a hoot at parties.
If I'm being honest, I have nothing critical to say. I am in awe to the execution of the entire wedding. Even the Duchess of Cornwall wasn't bothering me. Fergie's omission to the guest list seemed a bit harsh, though I understand the bad blue blood thing.

At 3AM or so..I was flipin between watching the Royal Wedding and the Rachel Welch movie "1,000,000 Years BC" after awhile I couldn't tell which was which...
Prince William seemed bored by the pomp and circumstance, but Kate seemed interested and attentive.

I want everybody to know I stayed up well past my bedtime last night, watching....a great one pocket match on live stream. It was an evenly matched battle all the way, but Frosty prevailed over Santos.

I was watching before going to work this morning. I saw the "first" kiss on the balconey and felt something. It was weird, I don't know what I felt, but it was something. I think I was pleased.
When I got to work I quickly looked up a lot of sammyg posts in order to get my man card back.
