T-56 from a GTO.

It runs & will be on the road come spring. Not the most exciting video and the sound sucks, open headers, closed garage.

Awesome!!!

Playing around with the new Gopro. A little 30-90 blast, 2nd & 3rd gears. The car is running fantastic, very fast but not over powered. It actually gets traction. Come late October it will get torn down for a repaint.

Looks like you have a monster on your hands, after its getting ready for paint,
I would also suggest a new windshield and a steering wheel recover job Rob Budd can do it.
this will give the car a truly new feeling .

Good luck with the project

A new wind shield for sure. The one I have now is not only cracked, but it's seriously pitted.

For the steering wheel, I've been looking at these.

I am about to do this project as well. I am using a 6L from an escalade and have already gotten most of the parts like ls1 intake and oil pan. I was wondering what headers you used. I love your motor mounts as well and I was wondering if you had any more pictures of just the motor mounts?

Thank you. I picked up a partial swap kit locally, second hand. The rear subframe was reinforced, but that is only due to the size of the sway bar.

All the mods were listed for the tune, which was done mail order by Texas Speed. Once the wiring was sorted the engine fired and has run great since. The exhaust has electronic cut outs and we're not entirely sure the computer can adapt on the fly. No way to know until I dyno tune it. There is also a CEL that comes on once in a while, haven't figured out yet what's causing it.
