well...I sort of dropped off the face of the earth, went on a Tecate binge and put on 12 pounds! Anyhow, back at since I could only fit into one pair of my dress slacks.
189.1 today and need to go for a run.

Setback.

190.2 (11/1/12)
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
186.8 (11/19/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 Today

The 4.5 day holiday was just too much. Despite running 1.5 miles 2x per day from Wed to Sunday (no gym workouts), and being pretty careful eating, I couldn't hold the gains from last week.

My goal of 179.8 seems so far away.

Fought it back from the precipice, down to 188. Gym lifting yesterday (mostly legs) with a bit of treadmill (easing into this whole running thing), spin class tonight.

185 around the corner with a few miles running.

I am at 178.1 this am. No exercise except for some weekend hiking / and evening dog walking. Got a 4 mi team run tonight. My goal of 175 is only a final push away and I won't let x-mas get in the way.

What are we going to do to finish this off? Final weigh in at new-years eve?

Ok - let's get the reading on 12/31 am. At least X-mas will be behind us.

Um - that's not how this works. Go back to page 1 of this thread and check for your goal!

At least you should target your starting weight!

There is still time this year. Just post your start weight, goal weight!

Note that you have to stick with the numbers though - unlike JYL - who makes up new goals along the way.

Absolutely, no time than the present to start, vash!

You know something like 99.9% of New Years resolutions fail within the first 3 months. So your odds are much better if you start now.

Just put up your weight and your year end goal.

I've bumped my nightly run up to 2.0 miles.

Goal remains 179.8! Before Christmas.

C'mon and join us, vash.

Get off the scale, stand in front of the mirror, pinching your fat, then dissolve in tears and seek refuge in a tub of ice cream.

We're turning into girls here.

No offense to the actual girls on the board.

What's realistic for Dec. 31? 1 lbs a week? You should shoot for 197. What do you think?

OK, back to normal Thursday reports.

190.2 (11/1/12)
189.6 (11/6/12)
189.8 (11/8/12)
189.4 (11/13/12)
188.0 (11/15/12)
186.8 (11/19/12)
185.4 (11/21/12)
187.8 (11/26/12)
187.0 Today

I guess it's a slow and mostly steady loss. I try to tell myself that, at least.

If I'm not at 185.8 by next Thursday, though, I'll be very disheartened.
