Great picture, I love when they get that studious look on their faces.

I do... he always hears me get the keys from the dresser and follows me into the LR. He stands there and looks concerned, so I'm hoping maybe there's a little mental telepathy taking place and it helps him chill a little sooner after he hears me lock the door.
Something I saw on the interwebs... this is not PARFY... it's DOGGY:

I tell him the amount of hours I'll be gone, where I'm going, to be a good boy and that I love him!
I make sure he is tired by taking on a walk before I go for more than a short time. I think keeping a dog tired is an underused way to help with separation anxiety; let them nap rather than worry.

I had my couch buddy with me today after yard work chores. She looks bored with the whole process.

Very nice. My last two were "Weizenheimers" as we used to call them. R.I.P. Jaberwocky and Jasmine.

The DOG thread
Popped over to the parent's ranch to talk to my dad about a couple of things. They always enjoy seeing Sir Henry so I took him along. He really enjoys going out there. This is evident by the fact he does this, every time we start driving down their gravel drive.
![]() He then does his routine meet and greet with the Aussie herd, then it's full speed ahead to dad's lap ![]() ![]() ![]() The lump totally hates it there..... Sent via Jedi mind trick by the cat
