He came with a wonderful combination of malnutrition and diarrhea. Pooped dirt and rocks for the first few days. We were going to hand him off to some neighbors. But he’s fit in here fairly well so a decision was made.
It’s going to be ten years before I get the next heeler I want.

Took Mr Cooper out for a much needed walk yesterday. Unfortunately, he's more of a GMC man than a Porsche rallye dog like his dachshund brothers Marlin & Enzo.

^^^ sorry to hear that. It's always so tough to lose them. I found this pic of the first dog my wife and I had. Willie, a miniature Schnauzer. He lived 17-1/2 years!

![]() We lost Riot. He was having a hard time waking up yesterday. Got him to the vet. X-rays showed a bad heart valve. We threw him in the car and headed for the specialist in anchorage. He didn’t make it. Seemed sudden but there were symptoms we should have paid more attention to. Lesson here is be careful when you get a puppy from a ****ing crackhead. I thought the exact same thing. My condolences, Varmint.
Found this picture searching for something else. That is my Dad and Blue, a bloodhound we got when we had the ranch in California...the pic is in Aiken in the ring area, probably 1975/6. They were both the real deal. Thanks, for everything, Gents.

![]() Charity: ![]() My Dad and Mom won her at a Charity auction just before my Mother was diagnosed with cancer...my Mom always wanted a Tri-color Corgi. After my Mom passed, quickly thank goodness, Charity spent 12 years with us in Maryland.
