So very sorry for your loss, we feel your pain.

Lost my last male Lab almost 3 yrs ago when he was 8 1/2 yrs old to cancer. I cryed for too long to remember.

We waited for over 6 months without a dog but when I saw my currant Lab, first female dog, Lady Amber, I melted.

Life is cruel but Life is good.

Sorry to hear this Dan.

Sounds like you'll have a whole pack to accompany you on the walk across Rainbow Bridge.

Sorry to hear of your loss Dan. I am pretty misty eyed right now.

Let your family know that we all wish them the best. It is comforting to know that in the end all that is left is the love.

Really sorry. I know how hard it must be. Taking Charlie, my super intelligent mutt to the vet to be put to sleep was real, real hard.

Remember all the fun and good times together.

Dan... So sorry to hear this. Even though we talked the other nite it's still sad to hear. Dogs are so wonderful but they just don't live long enough... In time you may likely get another dog...not a replacement by any means...just another place to put your love for animals..

Rest easy, Snap..

So sorry to hear this. It's never easy. Thankfully we are able to help them when they need us most. Tough for me to even think about the next time.

I will miss her hugely! The house is already way too quiet and everywhere I look, I expect to see her there. I expect to hear her whippy tail slapping the floor. I even expect to be assaulted by her heinous dog farts. (they could peel paint) I know the hole in my heart will heal in time, but damn!, she was the best dog ever!

Rest in peace Snap. You were loved!
Hi Dan, I couldn't connect yesterday and am only seeing this update now - you handled things like a man and I am proud to know you. Obviously everyone is mourning your brave Snap right now - but with you and your family by her side as you said 'she knew what was happening and was okay with it.'

I don't know the right words to say to someone who has lost their best friend so I will just say I am very sorry and wish you and yours all the best going forward as you get through the loss of your baby girl.

Respectfully - your friend Baz and the girls

There is one thing for sure you gave as much love and care for Snap as she gave you, and that is a remarkable feat. May God Bless you and Snap.
