We are doing OK. We knew this was coming so it helped to prepare us. Being busy packing a truck and trailer yesterday helped a lot as I could take my mind of of that. I am probably sadder about my split up with my wife (which, I guess has been a long time coming as well). Thanks for thinking of me.

Yes Neil/Mericet and others who lost their dogs. The sad part is dogs don't live a long time. There may come a time in your life that your dog might outlive you. Having our lab put down(almost 14 yo)
last year was painful.
But I could not imagine having a dog and the dog outlives me. Everytime I vacuum downstairs the smell of my dog is recirculated in the air. Sorry about your loss.
