status update
OK...thanks to tips here I've got the OS restored and some data recovered.
Now I have some software questions. The big one....I was using an old old version of Quicken to do my checking. The "deluxe" version keeps trying to force me into downloading bank info online. I don't want to do that. I just want to revover my old checking data from the memory stick and re-create my checking files. Any Quicken help?
The small issue. I used to be able to click and drag movies from my monitor to my television. Now I can't figure that out. I know I can use the TV as a monitor but I want to use it for streaming vid and games too. Help please?
