That stubborn old man sure built some pretty nice bikes. His paint scheme isn't my style (too flashy) but I can over look that. Hell, I suffer so much on a bike that I never know the difference on the color or way they look.

He has cancer, and his bikes will be worth a lot of money in the future.

How does it ride over rough roads? I raced on Alum bike for some time, even train lots of miles on them but found the ride to be acceptable and didn't lose any fillings. I like alum. race bikes, but that was 15-20 years ago. I still have one, a Torelli alum. with carbon stays and fork exactly like yours. I am sure they were from the same era.

Ultimate bike? No. But I really enjoyed building this one up.

The specs:
over 20 lbs.
over engineered
over (make that obscenely) priced

Though still, its pretty cool.

Bit of fresh snow on top made it a challenging ride. I was aired down to about 4psi here. Only had to un-clip a few times.

Not overly harsh at all. I don't hesitate to take it on long rides. It will barely fit *some* 25mm tires and that helps a bit. I suspect that the fork contributes a good bit to the decent feel.

Rode one of these as a demo about two years ago and haven't gotten it out of my head since...

2016 Borealis Yampa. 27 pounds as it sits. Without a doubt the most purely entertaining bike I have ever owned!

Are you saying you dreamed about that for two years, then you got one and it's the most fun you've had in ages on a bike?

Can you wheelie?

That is a cool looker.

That's a pretty nice looking LeMond bike. Love that fact that it has few stickers

I gotta getr me one of those hidden motors. Its like riding with a slight downhill all the time. This way, I can finally catch my breathe on our last hill

English Brooks springer seat. English made, old school, excellent condition.

Make offer.

Well, as it turns out....Willier is suing the cyclocross racer, the mechanic and anyone associated with sullying the name of their bike company.

Many in the cycling community are screaming for lifetime bans for the racer and mechanic!

Infrared Cameras set up randomly around the track would find those little motors. I am sure they generate a lot of heat!

My old Blur LT. I would like to upgrade but the darn thing still works very well.
