Check out Tucker Gun Leather, Ihave 2 of their IWB holsters. 1 Is for my Makarov and the other is for a Ruger P97 .45. The .45 is a brick but I can carry it all day in comfort. The Mak I forget it is there.

I have a HighNoon horsehide IWB holster for my Sig P239 and I'm impressed as to the ease of carrying with this holster. It very accessible, secure and comfortable. Not cheap, at $150 but it's an impressive holster and I bought mine from a relative and paid less than 1/2 the price he paid for it.
