Keep an eye on slickguns.com every day for the various good deals and surprise inventory. I need to complete two more builds, but don't want to spring for what uppers cost these days. I might sell one lower to finance the upper and other parts for another lower.

You're probably right; everything is silly-expensive right now, and I'm not actually in any desperate need.

New plan: hold off until the AWB falls through in Congress and supply catches up to overwhelm demand. With any luck, prices will be more reasonable in 6 months, and I can take up a new hobby with ease. (fingers crossed)

Prices seem to have stabilized over last few days albiet still inflated. I'm seeing lowers slightly more available than in the last few weeks. BCG's are still nowhere to be found. If you go with a quad rail, there are several kinds of rail covers. Here are a couple of new builds.
