i grill spanish mackeral. korean style..
ok, i grill it and serve it with kimchee and call it korean style. my wife loves it. me, i like it. sushi? no thanks. to oily raw for me. sure it is really good for me.

Mackerel is eaten a lot in the UK;in fact its the standard fish served in fish and chip shops ( which are the original fast food outlets in these parts)these days as cod has become in short supply. We can get hake as well.
