Family dinner tonight! From top to bottom in image: Baked potatoes, black rock fish filets, antelope brats, mule deer backstrap, onions and asparagus.
The vegetables I buy, the rest we hunt down or catch ourselves! I make the brat but have to buy some domestic pork, as wild game has practically zero fat - no bueno for sausage ... ![]() G |
