I've been using the search function to find knowledge on BimmerForums and E46Fanatics for a number of years. I rarely post, and almost never contribute. For some reason, the E46 world doesn't inspire the same kind of community that Porsches do. Odd.

Even new, that forum was overrun by kids, kids with good credit ratings. When new it was about wheels, lights, springs and stereos, and "tuning"
Same discussion except it's just the cheaper and younger kids now. BMW forums in general are like that. You rarely find any hard-core info on any of those sites. Swapping your water pump, that's about it. **** roadfly, I hate that place. Useless. PS To a certain extent peachparts is like that too- except it's old guys who know jack **** about cars apart what they read in peachparts and on TV commercials.
