oblamer has already said too much, too many times, too many red lines, and done nothing. he telegraphs his weakness every time he opens his mouth. and it started with his campaign promises: who really thought he'd shut down guantanamo? i'd continue, but we all know the list and depth of his campaign bovinity.
and the iranians have been playing him for months, due to the above. putin is just willing to take it to its logical conclusion.

President Obama is risk adverse because risk involves emotion and Obama shuns emotion (remember he likes to be cool calm and collected, dispassionate in decision making. When making decisions there is no such thing as being dispassionate as decisions mean taking risk which means an uncertainty which creates emotion. Thus Obama is a poor CIC. Now we are seeing it in full bloom.
