Does anyone know why Henri Pescarolo isn't competing this year?

Seems somewhat fitting that when the Audi needs engine service they remove the nose of the car like step one in any Audi repair...

LOL

Why did the marshalls wait for so long to deploy the safety car. I can understand the "slow zone" concept; it's kind of a like a local yellow, but with a specified speed limit.

But why have that on going for about 10 minutes, and then deploy the safety car? Repairing the armco or not, the cars will always be going 60 mph through the slow zone area. I'm not understanding something.

And now they're taking the safety car off the track, but maintaining the slow zone? Confused. What was the point of the safety car? Bunch up the field NASCAR-style?

Porsche takes the lead...........

With 3:33 left in the race, the Porsche 919 #20 took the lead. The #1 Audi had an extended pit stop for a turbo replacement.

....and the #20 slows with Weber driving. On battery power only trying to get back to the pits.

Porsche out..........

The #20 car is out of the race. Looks like it will be another Audi 1 - 2 finish!
