I was going to quote your other post and respond with "says the guy that sold the coolest James Bond car ever!"

The guy that sold me the car (well, the guy that took care of the paperwork, I pretty much sold myself the car), seemed to be a pretty major car guy. He had been doing accounting/finance work at the dealer, but got into the sales side so he could be closer to the cars. He has/had a mini, and also has an old Chevelle with 4 wheel disk brakes, fuel injected motor, etc....
Anyway, as we were leaving and the paperwork was done, he got very excited and said "I've got to show you this car over here. I didn't snap a pic, but it was the new targa. I thought it was pretty cool, how they have a canvas targa top and even the targa bar with the full size, old style targa back window.

We drove the car a bit today. The leak appears to be coming from the front where I would expect the AC condensation to leak from, but I believe there may be some drainage from the windshield area up there too. The missus said some water dropped onto her foot from the footwell near the "transmission tunnel" which is usually where the AC stuff sits. Unfortunately, I can't be sure because we also went through a little rain early on in the drive.

If you pop the frunk there are panels just forward of the windshield wipers, remove them and you'll find the battery, A/C stuff, etc. There are drains in that area that can get plugged by leaves and cause water to drip into the interior. If it drips with the A/C running, I would strongly suspect that the evaporator drain hose has come loose from the evaporator, but I'm not 100% sure where that hose connects on the 987.
