So 3 weeks ago my company was bought. More money than the previous owners, strong dedication to professional development... So I've been recommended a few books to read:

Do Lead: Share your Vision. Inspire Others
and
Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization on the Growth Track--and Keeping It There

Has anyone read these or can recommend something similar? I am aiming for taking Pragmatic Marketing "Foundations" and "Focus" before year's end.
