And over and over again. I doubt it is ten threads, but there have been at least 5 on this subject over the years.

This is an old topic here but being married for 18 years before my divorce in 2012 I hadn't given it much thought.

One evening shortly after my split in 2012 while sitting around having beers with a few Pelicans who will remain nameless, this topic came up. I was quite surprised when the quick poll revelled all present manscaped and the age range was probably 20's to 50's

This^^^ when I hear "manscapeing I think of "trimming the bushes"

I'm all for giving something a go at least once, but manscaping is something I'll definitely never do again. That just itches for weeks - worse than crabs

I covered that with "grooming".

This should be in PARF. Not one person will talk about the obvious. That is that most manscapers are illegals who snuck in. Put it in PARF! Open up the discussion to real men with bushes. Not that thee's anything wrong with that.

Use a REALLY good, sharp razor. Use excellent shaving cream. Rinse blade out very frequently to keep it from loading up. Do no more than 2 passes - once in each direction. Hit 'region' with an alum bar immediately afterward, then splash on some nice after-shave. Use some Gold Bond powder down there for a few days afterward if you tend to perspire.

I mean...so I've heard.

I may have trimmed the bushes a few times but no way I'm digging up the lawn!

Rubbing alcohol. You forgot the post-weedwhack rinse with rubbing alcohol. I'm also told Icy-Hot produces some good effects and they last longer, too!

This thread sucks.

This is true! The lady who used to manscape me was French!

You need to use one of these.

Just thins and trims, never chafes skin and no risk of cutting the old nut sac.

Other than the routine haircut . I trim whatever I think needs some trimming. ie. nose, ears, south of the border.
Lately a few brow hairs are growing in gray as expected following the beard and head hair.
I have been pulling them. I will probably given in at some point.
To me it's all grooming.

I have found that manscaping 'down there' tends to encourage the 'up close' action . . . which is never, ever a bad thing. And electrics work very well.
