Amps in this case

Charging mine up now. Supplied cable did not appear to work with my Nexus 5 which is odd unless I need to do something to turn it on.

Now to the small jumper pack for cars. I figure two 5A 3S lipo packs in parallel would work great. Need to figure out how to prevent back flow into the pack once the car is running. Time to tinker

Texans don't use duct tap. They use bailing wire!

Could you patch two of these Betrlyfe Power Banks in parallel using the existing cables and have them charge an iPhone more quickly?

No. The speed of charge is on the device not this unit. IPhone is a max of 1 charging

Why?

These are not meant for normal everyday charging duty.

They are for when you need power and don't have a source available.

And you can use the phone while it's being charged anyway.

Pro Tip: put your iphone in airplane mode, it will charge faster.

Not quite as good of a deal, but very solid for a 11000mah charger. I ordered one today.

Mine arrived and it was silver and white. Looks great and its a perfect pickup tool.
Spy a desperate, lost looking woman wandering around the gate at the airport "Dear, do you need a charge"" Conversation ensues. Chatting and sharing tea as we wait for our plane and phone power to arrive. Moving to the bar when the plane is delayed the second time, hot drunken sex on the floor amongst the bar stool legs four hours later, as they announce the plane won't be ready until 1AM. This thing has potential for a lot of memories that I won't remember.

Well, I was bagging on the cheapies county fair models, but what you guys are posting - especially that Trent that Motion posted, are much more bang for the buck than the Mophie's I've purchased. That Trent deal is no longer available, but even at $35 (elsewhere) it is three times the capacity of the last Mophie I bought, which was $80. So if you don't mind, please report back on your experiences regarding whether they are reliable and live up to their claims!

A little OT, but I am getting an iPhone 6. My 5 is only two years old and is having to be recharged for me to make it through the day. Anyone know if the 6 has a bigger battery or is any more efficient with battery usage?

Too many variables to give you a definitive answer, but yes, should last much longer.

Oddly enough, two women at a bar last weekend were far too excited by my Anker charger. (Which also happens to work well for charging devices)
