i'm seriously joking..

i'm shopping for a version myself. having reading glasses pushed the limits of my pant pockets..stupid really..i'm squinting in restaurants, having my wife read me the menu..when i should just have my dumass glasses!!

i dont think i would do the shoulder bag version myself.

Is it big enough to hold the balls you are no longer using?

This is what you need: Saddleback Leather Co.

Though I'm not sure a 6lb bag by itself is worth carrying around.

Thanks for all the comments. Much appreciated.
The consensus, seemingly: I should return it.

Does being 60 years old make it worse? Or somehat mildly excusable?
If I keep it, should I get an ear ring? If so, which ear? That part always confuses me.
I am hetro, (not that I have a problem with anyone being otherwise) my wife bought it for me.

I have to say, the colour contrasts nicely with the roof of my gp white 964.

If your wife bought it for you, you're in trouble. You have to keep it, but just use it around the house as token use to show your appreciation.

Ok now! Murse smack down!

To be brutally honest... that is a fairly nice (and manly looking) bag, I would have no problem carrying it (if I needed such a thing).

IMHO it is more of a man card violation to let your silly internet friends tease you into returning it (if you really like it).

That is if any of this thread is actually serious at all in the first place.

I do appreciate the opinions. It is ever-so-slightly in jest, for sure.
Here is my old Murse.

I think that's a nice looking bag. It's not leather is it? I think that company doesn't use animal products. It needs to be leather. I'd use that bag if it were leather, but I'm fairly metro. Yeah, I think that's what most of you guys would call me. Say it loud say it proud.

Both ears; it's the only way to go these days, or you just look like a poser. And God knows at 60, you don't wanna look like a poser.

Ear piercing is soooo 2010! Go straight for the double nipple piercing!

that tag end of the strap is just flopping around like that?

all in all, that bag is kinda nice. i vote keep it. nothing manlier than being a pioneer..like the first straight dude that pierced his ear(s).

just make damn sure if anyone asks the question, "hey, anyone have a knife?"..you have one in that bag ready to go.

I think of it this way. Are you comfortable wearing it/carrying it? If you are then go for it.
For myself I would not . Wife asks me to carry her purse I do so grudgingly.
I prefer my backpack. If my wife asks me to carry her purse then into the backpack it goes.

Oh, you're 60? Do whatever the hell you want. No one is looking anyway!

Anybody whose best friend/spouse etc is contemplating or has bought a murse for the other half should read this thread first.

Yea. OK. This one maybe.
But don't let them read the " you know you are getting older when ". thread!

Oh that or some similar bag will be necessary for the next gen of super phone.

No, I wouldn't return it but instead thank the giver and promptly fill it with greasy tools
