I should add that zenni is a great deal, I always upgrade to polycarb lens but still get two pair for under $100.
Yes, they are Chinese frames... call me cynical but I bet most designer frames are made in China anyway.

The ones I was looking at were handmade in Germany and Spain but were around $500. I'm not sure where Porsche Design are made, there were two different models I looked at and liked. Being last year's or two year's old, they were $180 to $250, not bad for titanium framed glasses. Have had my current pair for 5 years, titanium wire Lindbergs that were $500 but between $100 per year amortization and the ultralight nature of them, worth every penny.

Costco does glasses too.

I just got a new pair of sun glasses there last week because I haven't seen my others since the motorbike wreck.

I can not believe u Boyz would spend $89 for a pair of glasses? I go to the Thrift Store and get my prescription glasses for $1.99. I get some real nice pairs to, have to try a bunch on so that things are not too blurry. Usually it is only one eye that is blurry while the other works just fine. Heck once I even found a brand new pair of Louis Vuttion sun glasses that retailed for $623.00 and a pair ofJapanese Masunaga hand made Titanium sunglasses both for $1.99 each, even a pair of Prada.

They are pretty much identical, I'll go and try them on. It looks like the lens is taller but that may be perspective. The first pair of PD I tried fit my head perfectly, and I liked them the best, at first, then found these.

SALT

First pair of PD I liked. Note the narrow or shallow lens shape, I like this the best. 4 different pair were in the running.

It looks like they don't allow you to see the "o" key on your keyboard all that well.

Note that I'm cheap and zenni is a discount frame provider but I'm tough on frames so I don't spend a lot on them.
Ordered a pair from Zenni last night. $45.80.

First time ordering glasses online.

I wear contacts during the day and glasses in the evenings.

Will post my thoughts when they get here.

I've had my Zenni glasses for two years now. I couldn't be happier with them. They came perfectly fitted to my face and they seem very durable. The fitting program that they use is very good.

Mine are progressive no-line multi-focal with tinted gray glass. Special reflective coating brought the price up to $125...which included clip-on sunglasses.

I saved all the paperwork...when these give out, I'll get a new script and order more from them.

I’ve switched from Costco to Zenni.

I always order a few pairs and if a couple wind up being ugly, they become farm glasses. One pair has got me all sorts of compliments from the ladies at the office, one even used to sell glasses at one of the big glass places.

In long zoom meetings, I like to have 3-4 pairs and switch them out every break to see if anyone notices... so far nobody has said anything.

Bwahahaaa......that's sounds like something I would do. Hilarious!

Good to hear the positive reviews for Zenni!

I had the presence of mind to ask for my PD measurement at my last eye exam. Normally they don't provide it. Mine is 66mm.

I hope to order another pair but am going to wait and see how this pair fits.

I didn't realize they didn't need an Rx to fill your order, unlike contact lenses.

Whenever I bought from LensCrafters or any other big optical store, I would end up going back for frame adjustements.
These, from Zenni, fit perfect right out of the box.

The prescription I used, was 3 years old. They never questioned it.
I'll get a new one for the next pair.
