Our Covid kitten. Inspired by the little black cat above. My daughter, before we knew that cat belonged to a family and wasn't just a stray, even laid out a trail of cat treats down the sidewalk to try to lure her to our house. So when this kitten came up for adoption, how could we resist? Haven't let him into our garage to sleep on the Porsches yet.

mine are banned from the garage, cause i don't want em drinking anything chemical
cats don't taste like we do and will drink coolant like water and die from it.

A year later, after my little booger had a stroke with half his body paralyzed for several weeks, he is now doing okay.

His butt-lift nerve response is not very strong on some days, but good on others.
I'm brushing him with a clean brush which he loves.T hat keeps the house hair levels down as well. Some areas he can't do himself.

When the stroke happened..it was interesting to note that in just a few days his coat instantly knotted up and turned into a mess.
I had to cut out large chunks of solid matted fur.

Not everything rises from the dead on Easter Sunday. In memory of the greatest kitten of all time. Thank you for helping take care of the kids through COVID. You were everything we ever could want in a feline friend.

Bruce Lee suddenly and unexpectedly came down with CHF this weekend. We put him to sleep today. 4/7/20 - 4/4/21. Here are my first and last (happy/healthy) pictures of him.




Funny story about Bruce Lee. A friend of a friend had a litter of cats: 3 boys and 3 girls, we were told. Because we already have an older male cat (who didn't get along with his brother, before his brother was lost to a coyote), we asked for one of the girls. Maybe there would be less friction in the household. But when we took her (or so we thought) to to get spayed, we were told she was a he. Our transgender kitten. So my daughter (for whom we had gotten the kitten) made a quick name change on the spot, and Daisy became Bruce Lee.

Analine Ana the Suphalak had a single kitten yesterday. I would have thought she would have more, but she wasn't too big during her pregnancy and she only mated with Anakin for a couple days. Maybe that is the reason for only one kitten.

Anyway, mom and baby are doing fine.
