I am not elderly!
I am chronologically challenged!
Part of it has to be genetics... I see people flying airplanes at +80 and others ready for the convalescent hospital at 60.
But as was said state of mind and sense of humor go a long way to keeping you young (IMHO).

My uncle is 87 and still drives his car most days. My mother is 76 and she's always busy with her friends and charity work for the church.
