I fell in love with Laura Dern when she played the nurse in Fat Man/Little Boy.

Amazing woman. She's getting better with each passing year.

Top three. Awesome! Had some of the best scenes in the entire series although a few dud moments too. All in all amazing though! This one *might* go down as the one that might be even better than “Empire”, and that’s bordering on heresy!

The Last Jedi?

Great movie. The story was unique and it never let up. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Did not like the beginning but midway was fantastic. I will see it again.. My oldest son thought it was terrible.

Yea - first 5-10 mins had me thinking “oh geez, it’s gonna be an ‘Empire’ reboot, bah!” but then it goes off on its own direction and never lets up...

Saw "The Last Jedi" this afternoon; I've got mixed reviews on this one. Let me know when we can discuss (with spoilers on bad plot points).

Saw it today with my son. Great movie but there are some parts that seem like a re-boot. The 17 y/o son gave it a 7 out of 10.

Spoiler alert... I really liked that Yoda was a puppet and not CGI.

How does Star Wars go from Rogue One to this crap? I get they're different parts of the story, but the last Jedi story was inane.

Knowing you, you probably won't like it.

People will find what they want in this one, or maybe let someone else find it for them.I stayed away from all reviews and plot spoilers before seeing it, and I'm glad I did. It isn't exactly The Sixth Sense, but there are a few things in it I'm glad I didn't know about. It is for kids, and it does have themes of right and wrong, and about seeking identity, so it isn't going to fit on every older person's lawn.

I sat next to a girl dressed up as an Ewok in the theater. It was the first crowded theater I have been to in recent memory, and it was decent and fresh, considering how many of these they have made. A certain percentage of people didn't like it, mostly because it wasn't what they wanted it to be. It's Star Wars, and it follows true to that template. It isn't going to be a first type experience, and frankly, some people really don't like Star Wars as well as they think they do.

Tough Mittens.

I saw it and thought it was terrible. Admittedly, I was really tired when I went in there and drifted off a bit from time to time, especially during the most critical scene (I think). But I saw enough to not bother trying again. I really like Adam Driver in other things he's done, but always thought he was miscast as Kylo Ren. I thought this movie was boring and didn't go much of anywhere.
