We recently serviced a 964 based RUF RCT-evo. Was built some years ago by RUF techs who were sent over to put it together. I hate to say it, but not really very impressive based on how revered RUF is. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice car, made decent power etc. but hardly earth shattering considering what it likely cost back in the day.

Ed Pink has been known in the hot rod world for decades. I once asked Grady Clay where he got engine knowledge. He told me it was from hanging around drag racing, adding that when it comes to engines, the hot rodders were tops. "Pink" rods were known to be the strongest available back in the day...Pink Rods & Keith Black pistons meant hell for stout...
