Well. I have been somewhat overweight for decades. 72.5" tall and usually around 205. Been as much as 215. Currently 182 for the last year or so after an uncomfortable chat with my doc. Cut out lots of carbs and sweets. Weight just fell off and hasn't been an issue.
No 6 pack. But no large gut either. And, weirdly, I started to get hit on after the weight dropped. One woman was flagrantly saying flirty stuff right in front of my wife! Yikes. That was uncomfortable. And my MIL's gay neighbor said something. And a crazy woman at the Costco gas station... New challenges I guess. |

At well past 55, I'm blessed with an abundance of WGAFF about a six pack unless it's not icy cold.
