Where to get replacement lower fender pieces
Can anybody help me find the US supplier that has all of the 911 replacement sheet metal? I need to replace the lowers on my front fenders.

There is a company that sells that part. Just do a google search for ALFA and PORSCHE FENDER REPAIR. They mostly sell alfa parts. Anyway, the part is reasonably good but there is no substitute for a factory part. I would try and source some old fenders and cut the lower portions off.

I've got a driver side piece coming from Wolf next week, will let you know how it works out.
http://www.alfaparts.net/911.htm For passenger, I just cut off the bottom 6 inches of an SC dogleg, same with my 69-73. Edge to edge, the piece fits perfectly. But the foldover seam on the SC piece is 2mm narrower than on the fender, which means the mounting spine is 2mm off. I'm sure I can massage it over and will be fine, but a good reminder that these cars are all made by hand.
